How do I keep track of what I hold?

Your purchases are recorded onchain and sit in the wallet provided on the platform by our third party partner, and you can review your purchases through your Toyow account. Each RWA token’s purchase terms explain what your tokens represent and how any distributions or updates are communicated.

What happens to my holding if Toyow stops operating?

Accepted Answer

The underlying asset is held by the issuer (and not Toyow) through a dedicated legal structure such as an SPV, your RWA tokens sit with a third-party licensed custodian, and your funds are handled by the payment service provider rather than by Toyow. Because your exposure does not depend on Toyow holding your assets or money directly, this separation is designed to protect your economic exposure to the underlying asset even in unexpected circumstances. Can I sell my tokens? Is there secondary trading? Toyow is introducing compliant secondary sales, which will let eligible holders trade tokens with one another rather than waiting for the underlying asset to be sold. Secondary trading goes live once the necessary licences and compliance requirements are in place.

Can I exit before the underlying asset is sold?

Where compliant secondary trading is available, eligible holders can look to sell their tokens to other participants rather than waiting for the asset to be sold. Availability and any conditions depend on the offering and on secondary trading being live. Some assets are illiquid, so an exit is not guaranteed at any given time or price.
