Terms & Conditions

By entering or participating in this giveaway, each entrant or participant (“Entrant”) represents that they have read, and agree to comply with, the TOYOW Terms of Use (available at https://www.toyow.com/terms-of-use), as well as with the following terms and conditions.

• This giveaway is in no way associated with Twitter (X) or any other social media platforms.
• To enter the giveaway on social media platforms, follow the mechanics outlined in the official activity post. All winners will be chosen to each receive either USDC and/or exclusive TOYOW merchandise. Prizes will be determined based on the selection process described in the activity post.
• Winners will be announced on the official @TOYOW Twitter account. Announcements will be made no later than 1 week after the campaign period ends. The Winners can expect their USDC rewards to be distributed to their wallets within 1 month of the campaign end date.
• TOYOW will contact winners via @TOYOW Twitter to provide your contract address for USDC payment. Winners must reply within 5 days of being contacted; otherwise, their prizes may be forfeited.
• Winners will be selected through a random selection mechanism. An eligible entrant is someone who has completed all of the requirements specified in the social media posts. Social media accounts must remain public (not private) until winners are announced so we can send direct messages and verify entry posts. Rewards will be forfeited if we cannot contact the user within 5 days after the announcement.
• TOYOW reserves the right to disqualify participants for improper behavior, such as using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage. Illegally bulk-registered accounts or sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive rewards.
• TOYOW reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
• TOYOW may retweet, repost, or use submitted image/video entries (now and in the future) once shared as part of the campaign. Participants violating these terms and conditions may be barred from entering future giveaways or contests.
• Residents of Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the USA, the UK, or Canada are not eligible for this giveaway.
